Test Batches Brewery

Jamie and Lesley Tripp brew their own beer at this Hugel Avenue microbrewery and eatery in downtown Midland. The tap list is built on experimentation and turns over constantly: hazy pale ales, west coast IPAs, smooth red ales, and a sponge toffee stout that finishes sweet. A full food menu and a treat case run alongside it. It sits in both camps, one of Midland’s few breweries and one of its independent restaurants, with the food made on site.
