North Simcoe Veterinary Services

North Simcoe Veterinary Services is a full-service vet clinic on Rumney Road, set on a farm property southeast of Midland. It is the practice’s large-animal base, treating farm and equine patients alongside household pets. All veterinarians on staff are licensed, and the clinic is known locally for its calm setting and two resident office cats.

The large animal side is what distinguishes this location. The vets provide both ambulatory and in-clinic care, including equine medical and surgical services, bovine and small ruminant surgery, and breeding and artificial insemination assistance. Large animal emergencies are covered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Small animal pet care is offered here too, covering wellness and vaccination programs, surgical services including spay and neuter, dentistry, and laser therapy, with grooming and boarding available on site. Discounts are offered to seniors, local rescue groups, and multi-pet households, with pre-approval required for rescue rates.

Based southeast of Midland, with clients across Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll and Waubaushene.
