Midland Import Car Centre

Established in Midland in 1977, Midland Import Car Centre is a long-standing family auto repair garage run by proprietor Peter Nielsen alongside his son Clint.

Among the mechanics working in Midland, they specialize in Volkswagen and European vehicle parts and service, with a loyal local following built over nearly five decades largely through word-of-mouth referrals. Customers with Mercedes, Porsche, and other European makes are regulars, and the shop services everyday vehicles too.

They are known locally for accurate diagnosis and honest advice, and the garage stays busy enough that booking ahead is recommended.

A Midland garage with customers across Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny and Victoria Harbour.
