Rob Marchand Construction Ltd

Rob Marchand Construction is a Midland-based custom homes builder and general contractor founded in 1997. Owner Rob Marchand learned the trade through carpentry and timber work before starting the company, which has since grown to a full-time crew and a fleet of trucks.

Their contractors specialize in building custom homes and general contracting, backed by a long-tenured team and nearly three decades of local construction experience. Carpentry remains at the core of how they work.

Work is taken across Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny and Victoria Harbour.
