Let me be Frank is a downtown Midland restaurant that takes the humble hot dog somewhere unexpected. Their gourmet “Franks” arrive loaded with fresh toppings on perfectly toasted buns, backed by curly fries regulars genuinely rave about, homemade mac and cheese, and donuts to finish.

The room leans hard into a fun gangster and Frank Sinatra theme, which makes it as much a stop for the atmosphere as the food. There’s a patio out front for eating in the sun.
