DeCarli Contractors

Since 2003, DeCarli Contractors has served Midland, Penetanguishene, and the greater Georgian Bay area as one of the region’s leading custom homes and cottage builders. Founded by owner-operator John DeCarli, an Engineering graduate, the company offers a full design-build service from planning, design, and permitting through to construction and finishing.

Among the contractors working the Georgian Bay shoreline, DeCarli takes on custom homes and cottages, major and minor renovations, cottage renovations, home additions, framing, ceramic and stone work, exterior finishing, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. They also build waterfront structures including docks and boathouses, and handle site work such as excavation, foundations, and retaining walls.

A free consultation is offered to discuss new projects.

Work is taken across Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll, Waubaushene and the cottage areas including Honey Harbour.
