David Northcott grew up on the shores of Georgian Bay and returned to Midland to set up his own law practice after being called to the Bar in 1998, following a law degree at UNB in Fredericton and articling with a full-service law firm.

With over 20 years of experience, he is among the lawyers in Midland handling real estate purchases and sales, mortgage transactions, private lending and refinancing, mental health law including hospital tribunals and review boards, provincial offences, and criminal law. As a real estate lawyer he also handles title searches and purchase and lease agreements, along with wills and estates.

He practises from Dominion Avenue in Midland alongside legal assistant Sara Manu.

Serving Midland and the North Simcoe area including Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll, Waubaushene and the Georgian Bay cottage areas.
