Charles Morden Construction Inc

Charles Morden Construction is a Midland-based, family-owned civil and residential construction contractor with a long history in the area. The business traces its roots to 1953 as Morden Haulage, originally building service and cottage roads around Port Severn and Big Chute, and was reformed as Charles Morden Construction Inc. in 2010 under the second and third generations of the Morden family.

Today their contractors handle residential, commercial, and municipal construction, along with site grading and design, shoreline protection and dredging, and soil and aggregate supply.

Extensive safety training and long-standing relationships with local suppliers and trades support consistent, high-quality construction work.

Work is taken across Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay, Tiny, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll, Waubaushene and the cottage areas including Honey Harbour.
